The ShowRoom

With over 5,000 square feet of upscale and high-tech architecture the ShowRoom provides a spectacular outline to wow your guests. This unique venue easily transforms to inspire and unite fellow colleges to an exciting and romantic evening that leaves everyone in that afterglow of unforgettable memories.

The Promenade

Located on our North Patio of C’est La Vie, the Promenade, is the creme dela crem for those more special and intimate gatherings. This private deck offers a grand view with a beautiful atmosphere for dinners, birthday parties, anniversaries.

The Rooftop

Springfields largest outdoor Rooftop space; home to our very own C'est la Vie. Over 3,000 square feet with a 180 degree view. Sky

high luxury built into every detail. 2024 design with you in mind. JBL sound system throughout, and spectacular views on top of this historic landmark. With this kind of mood and views be prepared to be energized to new levels.

Flat Fee for One Bar: $300

• 4 hours
• Additional $100 for every extra hour
• One Bartender

Additional Bartenders: $75 per hour

• Every event with more than 100 attendees will need at least one additional bartender

LEGALITIES

These are our terms and conditions that each Event Host will sign upon booking.

BARTENDER

Legalities:

Sales Tax and Service Fees:

Prices do not include current sales tax or 25% service fee.

All packages do not include pricing on bar or food items, sales tax or service fees.

A 25% deposit is required to hold any date with 50% deposit required 72 hours before event date.

Full amounts due the week day prior to the date of Event start.

Example: If the event falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday then the full amount would be due on Friday by business end.

Hosted Bar and Number of Attendees:

Hosted bar sales will be ran at events end with visa on file unless otherwise agreed upon by The Sunshine Event Center and Host of Event.

At the time of the final 50% deposit guest numbers are to be finalized for the event. The pricing at that time cannot be changed unless the number of guests grows. If this occurs a new contract will be submitted and appropriate pricing collected. If the number of guests decreases no refund will be given.

All event pricing and deposits are non refundable.

Springfield Properties LLC, Plaza Towers, and The Sunshine Event Center have final say on all events including the ability to cancel an event at any time due to their discretion.

Acts of God - The Sunshine Event Center is not responsible or liable for any act of God that may delay, cancel, postpone or cause an event to end earlier than the allotted set time. The Sunshine Event Center also has the right to delay, postpone, cancel or end an event early due to any act of God that we deem necessary for the safety of all parties involved.

No refund will be given. However, The Sunshine Event Center will work with affected parties to reach a reasonable solution.

The Sunshine Event Center is not responsible for any interruptions of the event due to technology malfunction.

Personal Items:

ALL personal decorations are to be approved by The Sunshine Event Center before the day of event.

At no time will outside alcohol (spirits, beer, or wine) be allowed.

At no time will any flammables, helium balloons, hazardous material, sound machines, or lights be permitted on property.

Any items that have been approved in writing shall be discarded by the Host of the Event at the Events end.

All outside items are to be agreed upon in writing by The Sunshine Event Center and the Host of the Event before the day of said event.

Event pricing including but not limited to food, beverages, staf ing fees, and venue are subject to change at any time due to seasonal and market fluctuations. The Sunshine Event Center will inform the Host of Event prior to the event if these changes occur and af ect said event.
